Certainly some of the cringey quotes or videos of team talks that have been emerging in the last few days are putting the fear into us that he won\u2019t be able to command a dressing room. But Trevoh Chalobah seems convinced.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s comforting to hear. For all of Enzo Maresca\u2019s faults, the players did really buy into him and his personality, and we have to hope they\u2019ll do the same with Rosenior. Ultimately it\u2019s all about results \u2013 if he wins games, the authority will come naturally.<\/p>\n
If he struggles early on, it could lock him into a death spiral where he can\u2019t get the dressing room onside, and therefore can\u2019t get them to do the things he needs them to for him to get results.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
