I want to thank all the Chelsea fans for their support over the last 18 months.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Support that was crucial to achieving Champions League qualification, winning the Conference League, and winning the Club World Cup. Thank you, CHELSEA, from me and my family.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Maresca&#8217;s relationship with the Stamford Bridge hierarchy had broken down by the time of his departure, expressing before a recent fixture that the past 48 hours had been &#8216;the worst&#8217; he had experienced whilst employed by the club, due to what is understood to have been a lack of support from his superiors.<\/p>\n<p>The reason for the deletion of Maresca&#8217;s post is at this point unknown.
