A Chelsea player says that the Manchester City game was one of the best performances he\u2019s had so far at the club.<\/p>\n
It was a decent result for Chelsea especially under the circumstances. Enzo Maresca had just departed the club by mutual consent, and they were also without many of their key players as well as their manager.

City took a hold of the game in the first half and were in full control, going in 1-0 up at the break. Then at half time, Chelsea\u2019s temporary manager Callum McFarlane made some big tactical tweaks and substitutions, and it changed the course of the game and swung the pendulum back in the favour of Chelsea.<\/p>\n
Reece James explained after the game how they had a different plan to come out and steal a point from big hitters City.<\/p>\n
One of those big changes was bringing Andrey Santos on at half time, this enabled Chelsea to gain more control and have more defensive stability in the middle of the park.<\/p>\n
